The Frontwire Messaging Platform functionality is
based around many integrated facilities which can be combined and tailored for
your solution.
These modules include:
Campaigns are managed by the project team using web-based tools and a
desktop client. These modules are securely linked directly to the Messaging
Platform over the Internet.
The Active Dispatcher module supports the scheduling and delivery of email messages
with advanced personalisation and detailed logging of send failures due to invalid
address and bounce/Out Of Office Autoreply handling.
The Messaging Platforms default configuration links it directly to Frontwires
Subscription Management system, a secure hosted enterprise database
that enables authorised users to make online changes to subscriber information
preferences. Subscribers can use the Web and / or email to subscribe and unsubscribe themselves
and update their information. The subscription management database may be linked directly to an organisations
database via automatic FTP transfers, if required.
Functionality may be easily built into an HTML message or microsites to provide
"Forward to a Friend" referrals, inline subscription management interfaces,
feedback / request forms, competitions, event registration forms, and many more.
All uses of the tools are tracked individually to allow analysis of subscriber
activity.
Bespoke microsites can be set up to direct prospects or customers to find
out more about a promotion. Activity at the microsite can be logged and
analysed. The microsites can incorporate all of the tools that can be used
in HTML messages, and indeed the same content can be provided both as a web
site and as an email message.
The platform logs and reports on all messaging events including
message deliveries, bounces, rejections, URL click throughs, HTML email opens,
replies, autoreplies, and active responses. Bespoke reports can be set
up to directly measure progress against campaign objectives.
Advanced Web applcations can be built on the Platform, using the same database
as the digital messaging modules to ensure that subscription data is kept up to date
and all of a subscriber's contacts with your organisation are tracked together to
produce the most detailed possible profile of your stakeholders.
